About us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born outside of Suphanburi in central Thailand, Dia grew up surrounded by the flavors and aromas that define Thai cuisine. She spent her early career as a photographer before following her culinary instincts, opening her own ice cream shop in a town outside of Bangkok \u2014 where she met an American teacher (now her husband) who stopped in for a scoop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dia lives in Talbot County with her husband and their two daughters. Her methods of teaching Thai cooking blend traditions from her mother and grandmother, healthy local ingredients, and approachability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hudson is a Maryland local with a love for people and good food. With 15+ years of experience in marketing and entertainment, she worked on the West Coast before moving back to the Shore, where she’s passionate about creating experiences that help people to connect and gain the confidence to cook food from different cultures at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
